Catalogues
On this page you will learn how to create, edit and delete catalogues in Stocadro. Catalogues are used to structure articles on a user-specific basis and to specifically control access to certain articles. In addition to the catalogues you create yourself, the overview also lists the system catalogues of our cooperation partners. These cannot be edited.
In the web app you will find catalogues under Resources.
Creating a catalogue
Section titled “Creating a catalogue”You create a new catalogue by clicking the plus icon at the bottom right of the screen. Catalogues are created on a user-specific basis and are only available to the respective users of a company group.
You can define the following details for a catalogue:
- Name of the catalogue
Editing a catalogue
Section titled “Editing a catalogue”To edit an existing catalogue, click the pen icon in the Action column in the corresponding row. This opens the detail view, where you can make changes to the name.
Confirm the changes with Save.
Deleting a catalogue

Assigning articles to a catalogue
Section titled “Assigning articles to a catalogue”For articles to be shown in a catalogue, the catalogues must be stored directly on the respective article.
Important note
Articles are assigned to catalogues not centrally in the catalogue, but exclusively via the individual articles.
Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- Think in advance about how you want to additionally structure your articles with the help of catalogues.
- Keep catalogues as lean as possible to improve clarity.
